This document outlines the terms and conditions (the "Terms") governing the Mcqueen Apartments Ltd ("Mcqueen Apartments") referral program (the "Programme").

1. Eligibility

The Programme is available to both existing customers and non-customers of Mcqueen Apartments (each a "Referrer").

2. Referral Process

2.1 A Referrer may refer a third-party landlord (a "Referee") to Mcqueen Apartments' acquisition department for the purpose of leasing the Referee's property.

2.2 To constitute a valid referral, a Referee must submit the following information via email:

• Full name of the referee

• Referee email address

• Property address

• Full name of the Referrer

• Referrer's email address

2.3 Upon receipt of a valid referral, a representative from Mcqueen Apartments' aquisition team will contact the Referee (the "Referral Date") to discuss the property and determine its suitability for Mcqueen Apartments' portfolio.

2.4 Mcqueen Apartments team will only consider one referral per property. If there are multiple referrals for the same property, the first referral email sent to admin@mcqueenapartments.com will be given priority.

3. Referral Reward

3.1 If, within six (4) months of the Referral Date, the Referee enters into a company let agreement with Mcqueen Apartments for the referenced property, the Referrer will be entitled to a referral credit of £500.

3.2 A successful referral is deemed complete only upon Mcqueen Apartments' acceptance of the property and the Referee's execution of a company let agreement.

3.3 The maximum referral credit a Referrer can receive per property is £500, regardless of the number of referrals submitted for that property.

3.4 The referral credit will be issued solely after the Referee enters into a company let agreement with Mcqueen Apartments. Mcqueen Apartments will notify both parties via email.

3.5 Referral credits will be issued within five (5) business days of the notification mentioned in Clause 3.4.

4. Programme Modifications and Termination

Mcqueen Apartments reserves the right to:

• Revise the Programme Terms at any time by amending this document.

• Terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.

 

5. Disclaimers

• All referral credits are discretionary, and Mcqueen Apartments reserves the right to modify the Programme Terms at any time.

• Mcqueen Apartments accepts no liability for any improper use of the Programme.

• Mcqueen Apartments' decision on all referral-related matters is final.
