It is all about connecting a group of people (up to 4) who are searching for accommodation, directly with landlords and offering our experience advice to ease the process.

We have a range of options for tenants and landlord and our wide range of advertising opportunities & connections with corporates & landlords, assure you will archive a great result!

How does it work?

If you are a landlord with one or even a few properties available and/ or you are a group of friends who are looking to live together in shared accommodation then feel free to contact us to make the arrangements- admin@mcqueenapartments.com.

We will require from you to fill up a form in order to match your profile with the right house or the perfect tenants.

How long would that take?

As a landlord, you are 100% covered as we will match you with the perfect tenants, professional people relocating from abroad for work, corporate clients or students willing to rent your entire accommodation. Alternatively, we will rent your flat with a guaranteed rent for a long period of time based on a free house evaluation.

As a tenant, we will provide you with different options in your preferred area and advice you during the rental process. Based on our experience, it shouldn’t take long to accommodate you!

How much will it cost?

As the consultancy was added to improve and diversify the services provided by Mcqueen, we will charge one weeks rent which includes mentorship until the last day of the rental closing.
