1. What is a flat share and why to choose it?

Flat share accommodation is where two or more people live in a property together. Each person has their own bedroom and they only share common areas such as kitchen or bathroom. It’s a great way to live comfortably in a good location without paying excessive price and have more money to enjoy the vibrant city life.


2. Is it risky to share flat with other people?

We take into careful consideration every aspect of occupier’s profile and try to match all the people inside the house regarding their age, interests, and occupation. We always make sure that the occupiers fit their lifestyle, day schedule, etc. So, there is no risk to share flat with unknown people! You quickly become friends – we witness that every time!


3. How will I pay my rent?

Rent is collected monthly and is calculated using the formula presented below:

Rent/week x 52 weeks/ 12 months = rent/month


4. What is included in the monthly rent?

All the bills, internet connection and cleaning service are included in the monthly

price. No need to worry about those aspects!


5. What happens if I want to terminate the contract before my end date?

Being aware that London life is a constant change we offer a flexible contract with two breaking clauses. For more details contact us directly!


6. What is the procedure with check in/check out?

Once your booking has been made, the payment confirmed, and the contract signed we will invite you to the office to pick up the keys. Alternatively, we greet you at the property and make sure that you comfortably check in. On your last day we will be proceeded with the check-out. You will have to drop off keys inside your room. Your presence is not mandatory.


7. What should I do in case of an issue occurred during my stay in the property?

In case the damage has been made by the occupier, it is their responsibility to cover the cost based on the arrangements made with us.

In case of a damage of the property not caused by the occupier, it is the landlord’s responsibility to take necessary steps. We are pretty good of solving issues.


8. Small matters such as bulbs, cleaning products, toiletries.

We are happy to provide the basic items in the house, but we expect that occupiers i.e., replace the bulbs and smoking alarm’s batteries as well as procure their own toiletries and cleaning products during the stay.


9. Break in, damage in the flat, personal belongings

We don’t take responsibility for personal belongings left in your room or in the property. In case of the damage in the flat such as leak, fire, break in or any kind of incidents we provide building insurance not the belongings insurance.


10. When I receive my deposit?

By the end of your stay you will need to fill the end of licence form received by email. You will have to fill it us, return it by email signed and dated. If no damages are reported after your stay, you will receive a full deposit on the same day of your check out.
