Property Market Update

We are all fully aware that the property market goes up and down, and unfortunately right now life is getting more expensive in every way. The rental market is currently getting more expensive due to supply and demand problems, but also due to war, covid and political aspects. According to Homelet rent has increased 11.8% compared to 2021, and the average renting price in London is now £1,757 a month (figure).
